WATERPROOFING CRYSTALLINE PRODUCTS
Our variety of crystalline waterproofing materials are nontoxic and are used as a surface coating. We are proud that all of our products are environmentally friendly. We are trained and approved applicators and we have used them in hospitals, potable water tanks and even our own homes. It is a permanent, revolutionary waterproofing solution for concrete structures. Crystalline waterproofing is targeted at protecting architectural structures, preventing the concrete from being carbonized and the reinforcing steel bars from being rusted and eroded as a result of water intrusion, chloride penetration, corrosion and freezing and thawing, prolonging the useful life of structures and reducing repairs and maintenance costs. Our crystalline products can be used to stop the active flow of water. While traditional techniques treat only the surface of the concrete, are costly and don’t last indefinitely, our systems provide a permanent solution. Unlike epoxy or urethane injections, our crystalline waterproofing process cannot crack, tear, separate or fail due to movement.

The solution for a more economical alternative is to work from the inside with negative waterproofing development and designed specifically to waterproof mineral substrates like masonry and concrete from the inside (negative side) by reacting to the moisture in the wall as well as the components of the substrate to produce crystals that block the pores.
Crystalline penetrates into the substrate and becomes an integral part of the wall that blocks water transmission while remaining open to vapour diffusion, which will not detach from the substrate.
